Cookie Policy
We use cookies and similar technologies only for essential operation, security, preferences, and privacy-preserving measurement. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, server logs, and device or browser signals. Some are needed to operate a secure website. Others are optional and should be used only when they have a clear purpose and a lawful basis.
How Vantus uses cookies
What we do not use
- We do not use Meta Pixel.
- We do not use Google Analytics.
- We do not use ad retargeting or remarketing cookies.
- We do not sell personal data, sensitive personal data, or biometric personal data.
- We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles.
- We do not deploy advertising pixels on authenticated health, patient, or protected-data pages.
Consent and dark-pattern restrictions
When a cookie or similar technology requires consent, consent must be a clear affirmative action. We do not treat silence, pre-checked boxes, continued browsing, hover behavior, or buried terms as consent for non-essential tracking. Privacy controls must use clear language and avoid designs that subvert or impair choice.
On-site privacy notice
Visitors are shown a privacy notice before optional analytics can run. Choosing Allow analytics enables only privacy-preserving measurement. Choosing Essential only keeps optional analytics off. If Global Privacy Control is enabled, optional analytics remains off regardless of the stored preference.
Universal opt-out signals
Vantus does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Where a law requires recognition of Global Privacy Control or another universal opt-out mechanism, we will treat that signal as an opt-out for the browser or device sending it. We may also use such signals as a privacy preference even where a specific law does not require recognition.
Managing cookies
You can block, delete, or limit cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, forms, portal features, security checks, or preference controls from working correctly.
Relationship to the Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy, which explains our broader handling of personal information, subprocessors, retention, minors, security, and privacy rights.
