Accessibility Statement
Vantus Systems works to make its public website and services accessible to people with disabilities and targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for public web content.
Commitment
Vantus Systems is committed to providing equal access to our public website, legal policies, contact paths, audit intake, and related service information. We design and maintain these surfaces with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the public-site benchmark.
Accessibility is treated as an engineering and content quality requirement. We do not treat an overlay or widget as a substitute for accessible code, semantic markup, readable content, and tested interaction patterns.
Current accessibility practices
- Semantic HTML, landmarks, headings, labels, and accessible names for core user flows.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, focus indicators, and reduced-motion support for interactive experiences.
- Color contrast checks for critical text, controls, and state indicators.
- Screen-reader-oriented review for forms, navigation, buttons, links, and error states.
- Accessibility review during design, implementation, and release validation for material public-site changes.
- Manual remediation for defects rather than reliance on third-party overlay widgets as the primary accessibility solution.
Known limitations
We continually review the site for barriers. The most likely areas needing additional attention are complex interactive demos, animation-heavy experiences, third-party embedded content, generated documents, and historical content that may predate current public accessibility standards. If you encounter a barrier, please report it so we can prioritize a fix or provide an accessible alternative.
Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, high-contrast needs, and alternative input methods. Browser extensions, outdated browsers, unsupported assistive technology combinations, or third-party embedded content may affect the experience.
Alternative formats and reasonable modifications
If you need information from the website in an alternative format or need a reasonable modification to access a Vantus service, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service in a usable way consistent with applicable law and operational security.
Report an accessibility barrier
Please include the page URL, a description of the barrier, the browser or assistive technology you used if relevant, and the format or accommodation you need.

If you need voice support, use the contact form or email to request a call-back for the accessibility issue.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and provide a practical next step, workaround, or remediation plan when the issue is within our control.
Ongoing review
Material public-site changes should be reviewed for keyboard access, readable labels, focus management, reduced motion, color contrast, zoom behavior, and screen-reader clarity before release. We also welcome external reports because real-world assistive technology use finds issues automated tools miss.
