**Impact Analysis**: Determine which business processes are stopped (e.g., "Cannot process payments").

**ETA**: Look for vendor update frequency (e.g., "Next update in 30 mins").

**Workarounds**: Activate manual processes (e.g., "Take orders on paper", "Use offline mode").

**Communication**: Notify employees/customers. "We are aware of the issue with X and are monitoring."

**Alternative Routing**: If ISP/DNS failure, switch to secondary circuit or failover DNS.

**SLA Credit**: Request service credits if outage exceeded SLA.

**RCA Review**: Review vendor's Root Cause Analysis. Do we need to migrate away?
