Ownership & Handoff Readiness

All tooling, documentation, runbooks, and configurations produced under Care are delivered to you. Sovereign-tier engagements include handoff readiness as a first-class deliverable—not a last-minute export. You can transition away at any time; we do not hold your data or configurations hostage.

Scope & Change Control

All changes follow an approval workflow appropriate to the tier. Emergency changes are documented and reviewed post-incident. Requests that materially expand scope become separate add-ons or projects.

Policy: No Hardware Subscriptions

Vantus does not lease hardware or bundle equipment into monthly payments. If hardware is sourced through Vantus, it is purchased outright by the client (CapEx) and owned by the client from day one.

  • You own the hardware.
  • We manage the lifecycle.
  • No financing lock-in.

Disclaimers

  • Metrics cite system-of-record definitions and applicable time windows.
  • Compliance support is not legal advice and does not guarantee audit outcomes.
  • Authorized adversary simulations require explicit written authorization and Rules of Engagement before any activity begins.
