Coverage drives price

Care pricing follows the systems and responsibility Vantus is actually taking on.

There is no public Foundation, Advanced, or Sovereign tier ladder and no automatic per-user minimum. The five Care packages are planning structures; final monthly scope is based on covered systems, responsibility, complexity, evidence, access, support posture, and the written agreement.

What is separate unless written into scope

  • Managed Help Desk, device management, workspace administration, hosting, and other Managed Technology responsibilities
  • New applications, redesigns, major integrations, migrations, or open-ended feature development

Commercial process

How a Care price becomes a contract

1. Inventory the responsibility

Identify covered systems, current owners, access, risks, maintenance needs, support expectations, and evidence requirements.

2. Select the package posture

Use the Care package that best reflects the responsibility level, then adjust the written scope for the actual environment.

3. Approve the boundaries

The agreement confirms price, covered systems, exclusions, client responsibilities, pass-through costs, escalation, change rules, and transition expectations.
