Care signal board

Monthly artifacts are written for audits, executive review, and calm change control.
- What makes Vantus Care different from a traditional MSP?
- Vantus Care has no hardware leasing, no tool lock-in, and no shared admin accounts as a default. You own your infrastructure and tooling from day one. We operate it on your behalf on a documented, evidence-grade cadence.
- Can I start with one module and add more later?
- Yes. Modules are orthogonal and compose into plans. You can start with Monitoring Only or Security Only and expand coverage as your needs grow. Bundled plans offer a discount on combined modules.
- How does per-user pricing work?
- Pricing is anchored per active user per month, with a published monthly minimum per tier (Foundation: $2,500; Advanced: $5,000; Sovereign: $10,000). Module-specific pricing may vary—see individual module pages or contact us for a scoped estimate.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?
- Onboarding complexity is scoped during discovery. For standard environments, onboarding is typically folded into the first billing cycle. Non-standard environments (complex migrations, MSP transitions) are quoted as a separate project.
- What does "evidence-grade" reporting mean?
- It means reports cite system-of-record definitions, include time windows and methodology notes, and are formatted for use in audit, diligence, or executive review—not just internal IT dashboards. We never inflate numbers or hide limitations.
- Do you guarantee uptime, security outcomes, or compliance?
- No. Compliance support is not legal advice and does not guarantee audit outcomes. We make disciplined, documented efforts and produce measurable evidence of improvement. We do not make guarantees that misrepresent the nature of security operations.
- What about after-hours or emergency coverage?
- After-hours coverage is available as a scoped add-on (On-Call Coverage). Emergency/holiday response carries an hourly multiplier. These are quoted separately and contracted explicitly—not bundled in by default.
- Who owns the tools and documentation Vantus sets up?
- You do. All tooling Vantus configures in your environment is client-owned. Documentation and runbooks produced under Care are delivered to you. We operate with handoff readiness built into the Sovereign tier from day one.
- How do authorized adversary simulations work?
- Authorized Adversary Simulation is a separate, governed offering that requires explicit written authorization, a Rules of Engagement document, defined stop conditions, and a signed scope before any activity begins. It is not available as a module add-on—it is a discrete engagement.
