Client-Owned Infrastructure

Vantus Systems operates on a Service-Only model. This means we manage your infrastructure, but we do not own it. You do.

The Philosophy

Many Managed Service Providers (MSPs) bundle hardware into a monthly fee (Hardware-as-a-Service). This often leads to:

  1. Vendor Lock-in: You can't leave without buying out the hardware.
  2. Opaque Pricing: You pay interest and markup hidden in the monthly fee.
  3. Aging Gear: The provider is incentivized to keep old hardware running as long as possible.

Our Approach

Policy: No Hardware Subscriptions

Vantus does not lease hardware or bundle equipment into monthly payments. If hardware is sourced through Vantus, it is purchased outright by the client (CapEx) and owned by the client from day one.

  • You own the hardware.
  • We manage the lifecycle.
  • No financing lock-in.

Procurement

We will specify, quote, and facilitate the purchase of enterprise-grade hardware (servers, firewalls, switches).

In all cases, title and warranty transfer to you immediately.

If You Leave

If you decide to transition to another provider or in-house team, you keep your hardware. We simply uninstall our management agents and hand over the administrative credentials. There is no buyout fee.
